Make-up Policy and How-To
Winter 2011 SCHEDULE
10th week of classes: March 8 - 13 (Thurs to Tues)
11th week Make-ups: March 15 - 20 (Thurs to Tues)
MAKE-UP POLICIES
*Remember that your tuition pays for 10 classes, but we will try to have 11 weeks of classes. If a class is cancelled due to weather or other extenuating circumstances, we will move the 10th class a week later than scheduled. If we have to cancel any class more than once, we will not offer an 11th week make-up class at that time/location.
*If you miss one class, then just sign up for the 11th class at your same time/location. Sign-ups for the 11th week are DIFFERENT than signing up for any other make-up spot! Reserve your spot in your own 11th class by e-mailing Kari with your intent to attend the 11th class. Any spaces still remaining by the 8th week of the current Session will be offered as visiting spots for prospective families, so sign up for your space promptly.
*Let us know in advance when you are going to miss a class so that we can make that space available to others.
*Reserve your make-ups early...as soon as you know you need them. Any family is welcome to attend any class that has space.
*Be patient with us. We go farther than most child education programs to offer make-ups, and like many of you, our teachers are parents who also work outside the home. We'll do our best to keep up!
*Be generous with other families. If you miss 3 classes, and one or more of your absences is due to vacation travel, consider giving up one of your make-ups to give space to families who may experience long runs of illness or other unusual circumstances.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR MAKE-UPS
Log in (MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page). Click the MY CLASSES tab. Click on SCHEDULE MAKE-UP on the left-hand side.
You can later view the make-up classes you've signed up for by signing in and clicking the MY MAKE-UPS tab.
